How do I send money from my Viva Wallet account?

Greece

Bank account:  In order to send funds you need to provide the beneficiaries name as it is written in their ID or the company's name if it is a legal entity and their IBAN account with no spaces. Please note that credit transfers are only allowed within Greece.

Wallet to Wallet (personal and business): You can transfer funds from your Viva Wallet account to any other Viva Wallet account by providing VAT number or the Wallet ID. You can also transfer money between your Wallets.

UK, Belgium, France and Cyprus

Bank account:  In order to send funds you need to provide the beneficiaries name as it is written in their ID or the company's name if it is a legal entity and their IBAN account with no spaces. 

Please note that only same currency domestic transfers are supported.

We would like to inform you about your new fee option, that is coming soon, for sending money to National bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank, Eurobank, Alpha & Chania Bank. You will be able to choose:
SHA – I want to be charged only with my bank’s fee (fee 0,80€)
OUR – I want to be charged with all bank’s fee (fee 1,5€)
