Can I make a cancellation or a refund?

The cancellation of a transaction through the terminal can only take place on the same day that the charge was made, using the same card. If you wish to refund money to your customer on the day following the date of the charge, then the cancellation must be done through your account management page.
Note: Contactless transactions cannot be cancelled via the terminal, only via the account management interface on the subsequent day.
