Transferring funds from a Wallet to a Bank Account


Once you sign in to your Viva Wallet account, select "Transfer to a bank account". Next select the Viva Wallet from which you wish to transfer the money, and the bank account to which you wish to transfer the amount.
If the bank account is not already registered, select "New Bank Account", and more options are displayed:
Enter the IBAN, the account holder’s name, and a description, and click "Add".
Next, you will receive an SMS message on your mobile with a 6-digit password that is valid for 5 minutes, which must be entered in the next step.
When the transfer is executed, the money will be shown in the bank account on the next business day, after 12.00 pm. In all cases, transactions executed via the DIAS system are completed within 1-2 business days.
