How do I verify my identity?


Identity authentication for your personal account is conducted via a video call. To authenticate your identity for a Viva Wallet account, you'll need to sign in to your account, select Settings -> Profile, and follow the instructions after clicking on the "Account Identity Authentication" link.
It is essential that you have your identity card (or alternative proof of identity) with you, that you should be in a quiet place with a stable, high-speed internet connection, and that you can make 5 minutes of your time available. Shortly after the video call is over, you will receive details of the outcome of the authentication process by email (at the email address you registered) and also in your feed.
