My card has been lost or stolen.


If you lose your card and suspect that it may have been stolen, you should access your Viva Wallet account immediately and select the "Lock" option displayed on the main page.  Immediately afterwards, you will need to contact 13855 to report the incident. You can then ask for a new card through your account management interface, by selecting “Reissue”. If you do not have direct access to your account management interface call 13855!
