My client received a 'Transaction receipt' e-mail from Viva Wallet. Is this normal?

Of course it is!

Whenever you receive a payment from one of your clients, our system automatically generates a payment receipt email which is sent to their address. This can be used as proof of payment and ensures that your customer always has a copy with all necessary transaction information (merchant name, transaction description, payment method, amount etc).

To minimize the risk of a dispute, this email also contains a description on how the payment will appear on their card statement.
