What is a 'Blocked' transaction?


In order to establish a safe environment for all of our clients, Viva Payments works under a strict set of rules and international guidelines applicable to the payments industry.

Sometimes, such rules may impose a 'block' to the processing of a specific card transaction and you will be notified whenever this happens.
