How can my customers pay me?

Viva Payments makes it easy for you to receive money from your customers, by integrating all available payment methods into a single account, thus giving your customers different payment options.

There are four different ways available to request payment from your customers:

  • Send a Payment notification
  • Use a "Pay Now" button
  • Integrate our web/mobile checkout page to your website or app
  • Charge a card directly, using the Virtual Terminal

 In detail: 

 

Send a Payment Notification

You can create and send a Payment Notification to a customer's email address. You can do this either via the API or by signing in to your account and following the path:

Sales / Payment Notifications / New notification

You may then enter the necessary information manually.

 

Use a "Pay Now" button

If you own a website or blog, you can integrate Viva Payments without writing any code, simply by creating and adding a "Pay Now" button.

To create your own buttons you need to sign in to your account and follow the path:

Sales / Payment Buttons / New Button

Then you may enter the information requested in order to automatically create the html code for your "Pay Now" button and embed it into your site.

 

Integrate our web/mobile checkout page to your website or app

To use Viva Payments to its full potential, our API allows to easily integrate payments into any website or mobile app.

Charge a card directly, using the Virtual Terminal

To use the Virtual Terminal, sign-in to your account and follow the path:

Sales / Virtual POS

Then you may enter the card and customer information needed in order to charge the amount you wish.
