What is my customers' payment experience?

This depends on the integration method selected.

Using our ‘Redirect’ option, your customers are redirected to our checkout page, where they will be presented with a summary of what they're paying for, the total amount and the available payment options that you have allowed (card, Viva Wallet, cash by visiting a Viva Spot by using  Pay@home service).

The checkout page has responsive design, so it is also optimized for mobile devices.

It can optionally be branded, so your customers see your logo on the page header.

If you wish to simplify the payment process and not having your customers redirected to Viva Payments, you can use the ‘Native Checkout’ option and create your own custom payment form.
